School radio - Who are we?

We are a group of German-Polish students that try to express our musicality during the breaks.

We are also responsible for organizing school discos and other school events.
Everything ,e.g.the choice of the technical equipment, is organized on our own, as far as the money allows.

The patrons association supports us generously and so we realize that we could not exist without their help at all. Thank you again

History

There`s a myth in the intern circles about the history of the school radio.

Once upon a time there was a school,called DPG löcknitz, without any music during the breaks… almost unbelievable. That was about at the mid 90`s or at the end of the 90`s.Just at that time the first plans were created by Diana Buche, Jana Flemming and Elisabeth Mewes…
so to speak our today`s heroes.

The implementation and therefore the manegment of these new school elements were created by Thomas Bartz, Andre Görs, Guido Krüger and Michael Erdmann.

Membership

Each student of our school can become a member as far as members are needed.
Of course he/she has to be reliable in keeping the music lists and he/she has to handle the equipment carefully.

Technical knowledge isn`t expected,( sure we`ll show the beginner everything) but firstof all he/she has to be very interested in music and pleasure in being a member of our project.
